The 30 Goals Song of the Week:Jump!
Over the last few days I have participated “virtually” in an amazing professional development opportunity. The conference is called EduCon 2.3. (follow the hashtag on Twitter#educon)
What is EduCon? Here is how the website describes it: “EduCon is both a conversation and a conference. And it is not a technology conference. It is an education conference. It is, hopefully, an innovation conference where we can come together, both in person and virtually, to discuss the future of schools. Every session will be an opportunity to discuss and debate ideas — from the very practical to the big dreams.”
One of the best pieces about EduCon was that it was offered “free” to those that could not attend personally, but wanted to attend virtually. I attended sessions, virtually, that were both informational and insightful. Most of all though, they were shared passionately.
This passionate energy, shared by many at EduCon is what The 30 Goals is all about. The passion to seek, learn, grow and share the discovery of your journey of 30 Days with passion!
The 30 Goals Song of the Week that I’m sharing today is one that I have had in my head, as I watched, EduCon from my chair in my home office. A song whose theme “Are you ready to Jump?” is a strong message to attendees.
So…to The 30 Goals “attendees”: Now that you have started your journey to share and grow in your knowledge, to listen to and collaborate with other amazing educators…Take a listen to the lyrics.
(I must especially thank my friends Yoon, Michelle, Eliza & Kyle who shared their talents at EduCon. They use Art & Music everyday to teach and inspire their students!)
Are you ready to Jump?

I too watched from home. It was great to listen in to the conversations and to hear the voices and see the faces of the many people that I follow and admire on Twitter and their blogs.
It inspired me even more to Jump In.
