Goal: Find your reason to Take a Walk (Leave it Behind), reflect on it, do a quick write on it, share it with a colleague.

CONNECT WITH ME
Hi Shelley,
It is SO important for teachers to take care of themselves. Over a 7 year span, I volunteered with our provincial teacher’s association speaking to teachers about personal and professional wellness. I compiled my WellTeacher wiki – http://wellteacher.pbworks.com with many resources to help teachers (and their students too) improve their wellness. I’ve kept it updated over the years and I know it is still used with teachers today. I hope some of the folks in the Challenge will take advantage of it.
Cheers
John
Wow, you appealed to three senses to make your point and I found it to be a very powerful message. When I try to think about what you said the visual and audio will help me remember the words! You touched upon deifferent aspects – so relevant!
Thank you!
